I spend the morning at the homeland security office taking my citizenship test and I passed! I am now ready to celebrate my one step closer to being a citizen by playing outside and stuffing my face with the best American food ever, COOKIES!

SUGAR AND SPICE COOKIES

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  1. preheat over to 375*
  2. grease the cookie sheets
  3. cream shortening and sugar together in a large bowl
  4. add the egg to the creamed mixture
  5. add the honey and stir everything together. set the bowl aside
  6. sift the flour, baking soda, the salt and the three spices into a bowl
  7. pour the sifted ingredients into the molasses mixture stir until all the flour is mixed in

  2. Great! Now you are one step closer to talking about yourself if you ever complain about Americans. It's great, isn't it? How we can be so self-loathing?

  3. Eu não sei porque você falou que não consegue tirar fotos boas. As suas fotos estão lindas! Não são que nem as minhas que parecem foto 3x4 de documento. Estou morrendo de vontade de comer cookies agora.
