I {HEART} egg in a basket!

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. place butter in a skillet
  2. using a cookie cutter cut out a shape in the middle of your slice of bread
  3. place bread on top of skillet
  4. crack the egg and place inside the cut out bread
  5. cook until the egg is done.
  6. season with salt and pepper

    I love eggy in a basket. I made it about a dozen times after I watched V for Vendetta. I admit I use a lot more butter than this. Because it is Soooooo good with butter.
