and for our minuscule garden plot,
I am thankful.

  1. Damaris

I am an old friend of the Palmers. Knew your husband when he was about 11 and lived in TVA. Went on a hike/campout with the boys etc...

So, I found your blog through the family page and have been visiting often enough to REALLY miss your posts.

I happen to love your blog, feel like I know you, and make your rice and beans all the time!!

I am so sorry for your loss. I am so pleased you are slowly coming back...

Also, I am from Santa Cruz. You and I have many relate-ables...

Just wanted you to know I was happy to see your garden again, literally and symbolically

  2. Christian is asking if you are Debi Brown and if you know Joseph Barton from Santa Cruz.

Thanks for your nice comment. I appreciate the appreciation!

much love. If you are ever in Santa Cruz let us know so we can hang out and you can tell me all the naughty things Chris did when he was 11.

  3. Lovely veggies. Isn't being the garden wonderful? I think things you grew taste better too :)

  4. I am Debi Brown Reeves and totaly know Joe Barton!!!! He is almost as favorite a guy as enoch!! I love Joe, he almost married my sister and frankly I WISH HE DID!

Do they surf together???? That would please my puch the thought of them at Steamers .

Surely Christian was never naughty, but I do remeber some late night saxaphone(?) playing, it might have been Jessie, that got the TVA-ers up in arms!

My brother still lives in SC and next time we are there we will definately come meet your little Enzo and take you out to Pizza My Heart!

catch a wave at 26th for me!!!

  5. I am loving the leeks. Yum yum yum.

  6. Joe and Christian go surfing almost daily together. They're super good friends. Joe and Amy just had their 5th daughter and he just got called to the bishopric this past Sunday.

We LOVE (seriously, we do) that family. They are amazing.
