Popcorn Turkey

Basically I think this popcorn turkey is king. As a family that consumes popcorn almost on a daily basis I guarantee my kids would be stoked to make this on Thanksgiving.

Brittany has an insanely beautiful blog called One Charming Party which will make you ditch Thanksgiving and throw a birthday party for a small child. Brittany is pure talent and as such she shared a tutorial on how to make this popcorn turkey.

    We eat popcorn all the time, seriously almost every day. I really think I'm going to make this.

    *WHAT* a brilliant idea.

    That fabulous looking crepey goodness on the banana leaf is a coconut rava dosa. I can't vouch for this recipe on Epicurious, but it comes close, ingredient-wise, to what we eat down here. There's a dosa truck in NYC that makes off-the-hook dosas, and I can't wait to get back to the States to find them again and compare with the genuine article! xo from Rajasthan!
