About the Steak Knives
The unique blade has serration where it's needed to protect the edge from cutting on hard ceramic plates, with razor sharp straight edges to start and finish the cut.

    OK my hubby is the king of steaks! Well eating them that is!!!!! I think he deserves some high quality steak knifes! I'm tired of watching him shove huge peices in his mouth. So maybe with some of these he can eat them more professionally :)

    my home management teacher in college told us the two most important kitchen purchases are knives and pans -- in other words spend more if you have to to get more productivity from the items and to ease strain on the body. Ever try to cut a steak with a bad knife? Exactly.
