Here is beef with a kick.
Some good 'ol teriyaki beef with a touch of siggi's.
whaaaaaaaaaaaat?
What, you think I'm joking?
I'm serious.
Try adding some orange and ginger siggi's to some warm soy sauce smelling, garlic tasting beef.
The yogurt will make a nice mild sauce and the pieces of crystalized orange and ginger will make for a pleasant surprise.
I love me some fusion
and some beef
and some Icelandic yogurt that costs a million dollars (worth every penny).
Sooo yummy! I'm making this on Wednesday, since we eat more veggies we truly welcome some good beef during the week ;) Thanks so much Damaris!
ReplyDeleteinteresting - i'm not a "red" meat eater = but interesting to try (for my meat eating friends and family)

ReplyDeleteHi Jade,
ReplyDeleteI find it at Whole Foods. Their products are pretty amazing. I feel like I'm eating cheese whenever I'm eating their yogurt.
