I recently saw the New Uses for Old Things: Kids Edition on Real Simple and now our dice has a new and important role to play (no pun intended) during dinner time. All I can say is Yay [!] for minimizing tantrums and maximizing fun. It's the little things that makes all the difference during meal time.
Here is a printable version of the kids edition for easy reference and here are 60 more new uses for old things all in the category of cooking.
Are you good at improvising or do you feel like you always need to buy new things for your kitchen? If you have any tricks do share, I'd love to hear what you've got up your sleeve.
