KCC Non-Credit Culinary Arts

posted on: Tuesday, March 4, 2008

Last year Mariko gave me a really cool birthday present. She gave me a cooking class at KCC where we learned how to make some Mexican dishes. It was super fun and super yum. Ever since then I've been receiving e-mails from them and thought I'd share this with you. If you live in Hawaii I would really try to go. Here is their website with more information. They are offering some baking classes with Chef Wetter.

* Biscuits, Scones & Muffins (3rd session) Saturday, March 8 8 am -12 pm

* Biscuits, Scones & Muffins (4th session) Saturday, April 12 8 am -12 pm

call the non-credit registrars at 734-9211 if you’re interested or e-mail Frank Gonzales who is the non-credit coordinator at KCC frankg@hawaii.edu

I hope some of you get a chance to go. I'm jealous! (o.k back to homework now!)

  1. I definitely want to go to one of those. Maybe the cookies class. I missed the bread class already, 'cause I forgot about it.
