Kitchen Corners: don't forget the bacon

I'm Damaris. I have a soulmate, three kids, two citizenships, one full time job. I don't have a lot of time, a perfectly clean house, or a stylish wardrobe. Around here we tend to focus on the positive, so please ignore the mess, the sporadic posting, and all the little imperfections. We just take it one day at a time. One kiss at a time. One idea at a time. This blog is a glimpse of my heart, of what I love and cherish most. It just so happens that most of it revolves around the greatest thing on earth; food!

don't forget the bacon

I haven't fufilled my food challenge yet. Actually, yesterday I did make a new recipe that had bacon in it but it was a total dissapointment so I'm convinced there is a better bacon recipe out there for me. If you made a new recipe that involves bacon e-mail it to me by tomorrow night at damarispalmer@gmail.com and I'll post it here.

I have two in my head... hmm.... tomorrow is Asi's birthday, and our grocery money is spent, so I can't buy bacon till next week. (and i won't have time till monday :) ) Whada ya think??
