Kitchen Corners: Apple Yogurt Pie

I'm Damaris. I have a soulmate, three kids, two citizenships, one full time job. I don't have a lot of time, a perfectly clean house, or a stylish wardrobe. Around here we tend to focus on the positive, so please ignore the mess, the sporadic posting, and all the little imperfections. We just take it one day at a time. One kiss at a time. One idea at a time. This blog is a glimpse of my heart, of what I love and cherish most. It just so happens that most of it revolves around the greatest thing on earth; food!

Apple Yogurt Pie

I haven't seen my other half for almost 2 weeks and I'm missing him and his baked goods so much. The weekend before I left he made yogurt and it was totally decadent and creamy. We ate as much yogurt as we could and when we finally said no more he made this amazing Apple Yogurt Pie from the Moosewood. I {heart} Moosewood and {heart} Mollie Katzen's website even more. So many great recipes, a fun blog, and great tips.

Oooooh, I definitely need to try this! I have the Moosewood cookbook but haven't cooked anything from it in a while...I will have to pull it back out!
