  1. Great giveaway! I think a refreshing spring time dish would be a citrus chicken with thin oranges on top, rosemary/olive oil roasted red potatoes, and asparagus! Yum.

I would love to display one of our engagement pictures on canvas in our new home!

  3. We like something we've always called "ice noodles". It's a Korean noodle soup with a light chicken broth, some veggies, and "glass" noodles, and it's served chilled, with maybe some ice floating in the broth.

  6. since asparagus is usually the first crop of spring I like individual asparagus proscuitto lasagnas (its a WS recipe). Super easy but has the dazzle factor.

  8. I start eating more salads in the springtinme and my fave is a chinese chicken salad (kind of like the one at California Pizza Kitchen) chopped lettuce, carrot, cucumber & tomato slivers, crispy rice noodles, chilled cooked chicken and Ken's Lowfat Asian Sesame Ginger dressing. SOO good.

  10. Grill foccaccia bread and add garlic butter. Top with your first batch of fresh herbs (basil, oregano whatever).

A simple salad of fresh chopped celery and apple with honey and lemon juice is always a hit around here. Simple and delicious (remember to drench the apple with the lemon juice or it browns instantly and unpleasantly). Good luck.

  13. As the weather warms up, my meals tend to cool down. So as springtime approaches my favorite dish becomes a variation of salad - seafood, pasta, taco, etc. :)
