Kitchen Corners: Raw Asparagus Salad

I'm Damaris. I have a soulmate, three kids, two citizenships, one full time job. I don't have a lot of time, a perfectly clean house, or a stylish wardrobe. Raw Asparagus Salad

serves 4

Finely chop 12 raw asparagus (remember that the food processor is your best friend even if cleaning it afterwards is not)
Add freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Season with lime, olive oil, and salt.

easy.

crunchy.

tangy.

delicious.

I feel the same way about my food processor. I love using it, hate cleaning it.
