Raw Asparagus Salad

serves 4

  1. Finely chop  12 raw asparagus (remember that the food processor is your best friend even if cleaning it afterwards is not)
  2. Add freshly grated parmesan cheese.
  3. Season with lime, olive oil, and salt.

easy.

crunchy.

tangy.

delicious.
