A couple weeks ago the Food Network Channel contacted me and asked me if I would be interested in doing an interview with Claire Robinson. For a second I stopped breathing and then replied "YES!!!" I might have used more than three exclamation marks. I have a girl crush on Claire, mainly because she talks super fast and looks fabulous and is witty all the while cooking up a storm.
Last week was the interview. I was so nervous. I just wanted to say, "Claire will you be my friend"
but instead we talked about eggs and frittatas and Enzo. I always talk about my kids. Claire was gracious and gave some awesome tips on cooking for and with kids. I hope you enjoy.
